The purification of amine liquid in Daxie Petrochemical successfully applied the technology of Hebei Jingzhi Technology Co., Ltd. for the first time in China.

Since the commissioning of the pressure reduction and amine liquid purification system on August 19, Daxie Petrochemical has continuously adjusted and optimized the system. The system has achieved stable operation, purifying a cumulative 236 tons of amine liquid. The foaming height and defaming time of the purified amine liquid have both reached the indicators of fresh amine liquid. This marks the successful application of the pressure reduction and extraction amine liquid purification technology at Daxie Petrochemical, and it is also the first industrial application of this technology in China.   The Daxie Petrochemical amine liquid system consists of catalytic unit dry gas desulfurization, liquefied gas desulfurization, hydrogenation unit dry gas, low-fraction gas, liquefied gas desulfurization, and public engineering medium gas cabinet gas desulfurization. The system is characterized by a wide range of involvement, complex desulfurization media, and many related factors. The amine liquid foaming problem has been plaguing the stable production of Daxie Petrochemical.   Since 2020, Hebei Jingzhi Technology Co., Ltd. has conducted in-depth research and cooperation with Daxie Petrochemical. Studies have shown that the active substances carried in the Daxie Petrochemical amine liquid can be separated by pressure reduction and extraction distillation. Compared with methods such as activated carbon filtration and ion exchange, the amount of solid waste generated is greatly reduced, and the long-standing amine liquid foaming problem has been solved. The task force will further optimize the purification process flow in the future to further reduce the energy consumption and improve the purification efficiency of the process.

In recent years, with the slowdown in the growth of refined oil consumption and the increase in demand for liquefied gas chemical industry, the growth rate of LPG production is more than twice that of refined oil. It is estimated that the chemical demand for LPG will account for 54% of the total demand in 2023. As a raw material for deep chemical utilization, the sulfur content of LPG is required to be <10ppm. Low desulfurization efficiency and large pollutant emissions are the key pain points that restrict the deep processing development of LPG. Therefore, improving the mercaptan removal efficiency and achieving green production have become major challenges in the upgrading of LPG desulfurization technology. Our team has successfully developed a "near-zero emission new technology for deep desulfurization of liquefied petroleum gas", which realizes deep desulfurization and zero emission of alkali slag and tail gas. Innovative achievements are as follows: (1) Invented a highly efficient compound alkaline solution solvent, which improved the solubility of mercaptans and promoted the oxidation regeneration reaction. The key breakthrough was the difficulty of mercaptan solubility and the problem of electron transfer rate control in the oxidation regeneration reaction, which significantly improved the desulfurization efficiency and regeneration efficiency. (2) Invented the "multiphase reaction fixed bed regeneration" process, proposed the idea of back-extraction of disulfide and catalyst immobilization, solved the problems of disulfide separation and by-product reaction generation, and reduced the total sulfur content. It innovatively proposed the idea of back-extraction agent and catalyst immobilization, and disulfide is extracted and separated as it is generated during the oxidation regeneration process; immobilization reduces side reactions and controls the disulfide content in the product LPG. (3) Invented the zero-emission technology for alkali slag and tail gas. Comprehensive acid control and intermittent solvent purification realize zero alkali slag emission; tail gas internal circulation and oxygen-enriched regeneration realize zero tail gas emission. Only a small amount of accumulated harmful soluble acidic anions are converted into insoluble anions, and the generated solid product can be directly used as resources, with no alkali slag discharge. The invention of tail gas internal circulation technology, using oxygen-enriched air regeneration instead of air, realizes zero tail gas discharge. Integrating the above innovations has formed the "near-zero emission new technology for deep desulfurization of liquefied petroleum gas", solving the problems of product quality and environmental protection for enterprises. 12 Chinese invention patents and 7 utility model patents have been authorized; 20 papers have been published. It has been successfully applied in 6 enterprises. China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation identified that: "the alkali slag and tail gas zero emission technology has originality, and the overall technology has reached the international advanced level". Application status and application effect: Since April 2017, the research results of this project have been applied in 6 refineries, solving the problem of pollutant emission pollution to the environment during the production of ultra-low sulfur LPG, and increasing the social, economic and environmental benefits of the refinery. Taking three application units as examples to illustrate the application situation and effect: (1) Sinopec Luoyang Branch uses this project technology to carry out transformation on the basis of the existing liquefied gas desulfurization unit. Since the operation of the project for 18 months, the processing capacity of catalytic liquefied gas has been maintained at more than 75t/h. Under the premise that the content of hydrogen sulfide, mercaptan sulfur and total sulfur in raw liquefied gas is stable, the calibration is carried out. The desulfurized mercaptan sulfur content is 1.69ppm on average, and the average total sulfur content is 5.53ppm. At the same time, 900 tons of alkali slag emission is reduced, realizing zero alkali slag emission; after solvent purification, 20 tons of solid products are generated, which not only meets various quality indicators of liquefied gas products, but also improves the desulfurization effect compared with the original technology, producing LPG products with ultra-low sulfur content. (2) Shandong Oriental Huolong Industrial and Trade Group Co., Ltd. uses this project technology to carry out transformation on the basis of the existing liquefied gas desulfurization unit. After more than one year of application, the device is running well. In the past 18 months, about 277,200 tons of raw materials have been processed. The total sulfur content of liquefied gas after mercaptan desulfurization decreased from an average of 3.1mg/Nm3 before the transformation to 1.1mg/Nm3, and the consumption of alkali solution decreased by 30 tons/year compared with the original process, and the alkali slag emission decreased by 60 tons/year. The tail gas emission is reduced by about 42×104Nm3, and about 150 tons/year of hydrocarbons entrained in the tail gas are recovered. There is no negative impact on the production, equipment operation and safety and environmental protection of downstream devices. (3) CNOOC Gas (Taizhou) Petrochemical Co., Ltd. used this project technology to carry out transformation on the basis of the existing liquefied gas desulfurization unit, and the total sulfur of refined liquefied gas ≤20ppm, and the total sulfur of light gasoline ≤20ppm. All indicators meet or exceed the design standards. No negative impact on other quality indicators of the product has been found, and no negative impact on the production, equipment operation and safety and environmental protection of downstream devices has been found. In addition, in the past 39 months, 3575 tons of alkali slag emission has been reduced, and zero alkali slag emission has been achieved; twice solvent purification, a total of 71.5 tons of solid products have been generated. These three sentences highly summarize the content of the book: how to cultivate and attain the Tao, first of all, is to have a heart, that is, to establish the social value of one's cultivation of Buddhism and religion, which is to cultivate for a better society. Secondly, cultivation should start with learning to be a person, constantly improving one's ability in virtue and conduct. Finally, realizing one's social value is called attaining the Tao. Don't you all feel familiar with these ideas? Aren't they completely consistent with our business philosophy? The ideals of Hebei Jingzhi are to allow customers to obtain more value and to achieve energy saving and environmental protection, making society better. The manifestation of values and the manifestation of Achievements correspond to the ability of virtue and conduct, and the realization of the enterprise Brand and Achievements corresponds to the realization of social value. The cultivation of learning to be a person begins with overcoming the five bad mentalities of greed, anger, delusion, arrogance, and doubt. Always wanting to take advantage of small bargains, always feeling that one is at a loss, always wanting to get more with less effort is greed, and being envious of others (comparison) is also greed; due to greed, one cannot be satisfied, always feeling wronged, and thus often feeling resentment, which is anger; due to the obscuring of the mind by resentment, one sees things in extremes or one-sidedly, which is delusion; due to delusion, one will be stubborn, arrogant and impolite to people and things, which is arrogance; due to arrogance and prejudice, it is difficult to cooperate with others, difficult to succeed in things, and one does not recognize one's own mistakes, but always feels that others are deliberately targeting oneself, which is doubt. It can be seen that the mentality of greed, anger, delusion, arrogance, and doubt will inevitably lead to estrangement and disharmony with the collective. In my opinion, the introductory lesson of any religious practice is to overcome bad mentalities, overcome extreme self, and cultivate collective values. Integrating into the collective is a long and tortuous process, and its hardships are no less than going to the West to obtain scriptures. These three sentences highly summarize the content of the book: how to cultivate and attain the Tao, first of all, is to have a heart, that is, to establish the social value of one's cultivation of Buddhism and religion, which is to cultivate for a better society. Secondly, cultivation should start with learning to be a person, constantly improving one's ability in virtue and conduct. Finally, realizing one's social value is called attaining the Tao. It can be seen that the mentality of greed, anger, delusion, arrogance, and doubt will inevitably lead to estrangement and disharmony with the collective. In my opinion, the introductory course of any religious practice is to overcome bad mentalities, overcome extreme self, and cultivate collective values. Integrating into the collective is a long and tortuous process, and its hardships are no less than going to the West to obtain scriptures. Integrating into the collective starts with overcoming oneself, then being conscientious and responsible, then making contributions, then being willing to work hard, until the contradiction between individual interests and collective interests is unified in the organization, transforming oneself into a "harmonious person", and achieving the persistence and prosperity of personal interests through maintaining the persistence and prosperity of collective interests, becoming a spokesperson for collective interests. Respect, trust, and love, like sowing seeds, although effort does not necessarily guarantee a return, insufficient effort or no effort will certainly not yield any harvest. Making fun of, blaming, complaining, and arrogance and doubt will only diminish our good fortune. Only by "sincere dedication" can we nurture and embrace, allowing the collective vine to remain evergreen, and only then will there be hope for blossoming, fruiting, and ripening. The Culture of Hebei Jingzhi is not special; it is consistent with the concept of traditional Chinese Culture and consistent with the concepts of many excellent corporate Cultures. If one cannot integrate into the current collective, in most cases, it will be difficult to integrate into other collectives.
