The purification of amine liquid in Daxie Petrochemical successfully applied the technology of Hebei Jingzhi Technology Co., Ltd. for the first time in China.

Since the commissioning of the pressure reduction and amine liquid purification system on August 19, Daxie Petrochemical has continuously adjusted and optimized the system. The system has achieved stable operation, purifying a cumulative 236 tons of amine liquid. The foaming height and defaming time of the purified amine liquid have both reached the indicators of fresh amine liquid. This marks the successful application of the pressure reduction and extraction amine liquid purification technology at Daxie Petrochemical, and it is also the first industrial application of this technology in China.   The Daxie Petrochemical amine liquid system consists of catalytic unit dry gas desulfurization, liquefied gas desulfurization, hydrogenation unit dry gas, low-fraction gas, liquefied gas desulfurization, and public engineering medium gas cabinet gas desulfurization. The system is characterized by a wide range of involvement, complex desulfurization media, and many related factors. The amine liquid foaming problem has been plaguing the stable production of Daxie Petrochemical.   Since 2020, Hebei Jingzhi Technology Co., Ltd. has conducted in-depth research and cooperation with Daxie Petrochemical. Studies have shown that the active substances carried in the Daxie Petrochemical amine liquid can be separated by pressure reduction and extraction distillation. Compared with methods such as activated carbon filtration and ion exchange, the amount of solid waste generated is greatly reduced, and the long-standing amine liquid foaming problem has been solved. The task force will further optimize the purification process flow in the future to further reduce the energy consumption and improve the purification efficiency of the process.
