On September 6, 2019, Hebei Jingzhi Technology Co., Ltd. added two more invention patents authorized by the State Intellectual Property Office, namely “A desulfurization solvent and treatment process for sulfur tail gas treatment” (ZL.201610350149.1) and “A sulfur tail gas purification process that can be directly discharged after treatment” (ZL.201710290388.7). To date, the company has more than 40 patents, including 33 invention patents. The Claus process is one of the methods for recovering sulfur from acid gases and remains the main process for acid gas treatment to date.
2019On September 6th, Hebei Jingzhi Technology Co., Ltd. was granted two more invention patents by the State Intellectual Property Office, namely "A desulfurization solvent and treatment process for sulfur tail gas treatment" (ZL.2016 1 0350149.1)and "A sulfur tail gas purification process that can be directly discharged after treatment" (ZL.2017 1 0290388.7). To date, the company has more than 25 patents, including 19 invention patents.
The Claus process is one of the methods for recovering sulfur from acid gases, and it remains the main process for acid gas treatment to this day. According to the needs of the process, single-tower dual-function solvent, double-tower dual-function solvent, and pressurized desulfurization processes can be used to effectively remove HS and COS, achieving clean production (no slag discharge) and clean tail gas indicators (SO2 emission <50mg/m2H2S and COS are effectively removed, realizing clean production (no slag discharge) and clean tail gas indicators (SO2emission <50mg/m3) , ultimately achieving the direct tail gas discharge goal described in the patent.
