Hao Tianzhen, chairman of Hebei Jingzhi Technology Co., Ltd., was selected as a 2021 Hebei Provincial Government Special Allowance Expert

Recently, the selection review for the 2021 Hebei Provincial Government's Special Allowance experts was finalized, with four individuals from our city being selected.Among them are:Hao Tianzhen, Chairman of Hebei Jingzhi Technology Co., Ltd., and Tang Wenhao, General Manager of Hebei Ciscolike Petroleum Technology Co., Ltd., were selected as engineering experts; Song Xuezhang, director of the Cangzhou Aquatic Technology Promotion Station, was selected as an agricultural expert; and Feng Qing, director of orthopedics at Cangzhou People's Hospital, was selected as a health expert. To date, our city has 33 experts receiving the State Council's Special Allowance and 24 experts receiving the Provincial Government's Special Allowance.

Hao Tianzhen, leading his team, has persistently overcome technical challenges through innovation, achieving significant accomplishments in the development of desulfurization technologies for refinery dry gas, liquefied gas, MTBE, and gasoline.Tang Wenhao independently developed software for calculating unsteady-state core permeability. Later, he collaborated with the unconventional research institute of China University of Petroleum (East China) to jointly develop and produce an unsteady-state shale permeability meter, filling a technological gap in China's shale gas extraction where obtaining high-density matrix permeability was difficult. After returning to Cangzhou to start a business, he completed 28 research projects and obtained 10 utility model patents, leading the company to receive national high-tech enterprise and national small and medium-sized technology enterprise titles. Song Xuezhang presided over and participated in more than 10 national, provincial, and municipal scientific research and promotion projects, receiving 8 scientific and technological achievement awards. In the past five years, he has mainly promoted several technologies including water conditioning with microbial agents, facility-based shrimp farming, standardized aquaculture, and the introduction of superior South American white shrimp breeds. Water conditioning with microbial agents has been promoted in Cangzhou covering 280,000 mu (approximately 18,667 hectares), achieving a 78% coverage rate. Feng Qing is a pioneer in orthopedics in Cangzhou. His inventions of various new technologies and projects have won provincial and municipal science and technology progress awards. Hao Tianzhen, a 1980 graduate of Daqing Petroleum Institute, majored in petroleum processing in the Petroleum Refining Department, holds a bachelor's degree, is a professor-level senior engineer, a visiting professor at China University of Petroleum (Beijing), and a doctoral supervisor; he is also a member of the Jiu San Society.
