Tail Gas Zero Emission™ (Sulfur Tail Gas Deep Desulfurization and Clean Technology)

The Tail Gas Zero Emission™ solution is specifically designed for sulfur tail gas generated during LPG desulfurization. It employs a dual-tower dual-solvent or single-tower dualfunction solvent process to achieve "zero emission" of tail gas. This solution recycles harmful components such as hydrocarbons, oxygen, sulfur, alkali, and water in the tail gas, and strictly controls the hydrocarbon content in the tail gas (generally maintained at around 15%~25% vol), ensuring that the tail gas is far from the explosive limit, thereby eliminating safety hazards and achieving resource utilization.

MTBE DualTower™ (MTBE Deep Desulfurization Dual-Tower Energy Saving Technology)

The MTBE DualTower™ solution addresses the desulfurization problem of MTBE products by employing a dual-tower desulfurization process. It utilizes 80% low-temperature heat sources and a small amount of steam to achieve deep desulfurization while ensuring high product yield and low energy consumption.
